You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of that cycle, and no further charges will be made. Please note that we do not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions.
Refunds
We offer a full refund on subscriptions within the first 15 days of the initial purchase for first-time subscribers. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account information and reason for the refund request.
- Refunds are processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- It may take up to 3-4 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
